After the Cardio Recovery Workout:

2 cups of salad (give or take, air)
-1 cup of lettuce
-1/2 cup of pickled looking cucumbers
-1 tablespoon or 2 of light ranch (watered down)
-1/3 avocado (large)

1- pan fried all beef frank

1/2 cup brown rice


edit: Breakfast :
1 frozen not fresh empanada. Bad Bad Bad

Current Snack:
Spanish peanuts with roasted garlic. Addicting.

Yesterday, I did the second video of Insanity. I knew it would be a tough ride, but boy, does my body hate me right now or what?! I figured that as I continue to do this regime, I will have a stronger core, and leaner legs. Hopefully some nice dancer calves.

Back to what I just ate:

Last night I went to Houston's Cafe Catholic, with Bishop Cardinal DiNardo. They served pizza. I totally gave in. Here's my intake:

Lunch:
Less than a 1/4 cup brown rice
1/2 cup stir fry beef and onions

1 tablespoon of canola oil
1 cup of lettuce
1 tablespoon of light ranch

Water for thirst.

Dinner:
4 slices of pizza. 2 mushroom,1 sausage, and 1 cheese
Each slice was the size of 1/16 of a large size Domino pizza

Water for thirst.

Insanity, Day 2 yesterday was a total waste. I really feel bad for eating all that pizza.


Notes:
I do like ranch, however I need a lighter than light ranch alternative.
I use a lot of butter and oil.
I heard coconut oil is good.


Today I just woke up, so I have not started my workout yet. I decided to walk to the refrigerator first.

Breakfast

2 eggs, scrambled
1 tablespoon of oil
1 slice of Boar's Head Sweet Slice Ham
Pinch of garlic salt
Pinch of black pepper

1 boiled yam (mashed)
2 tablespoon of butter.

Notes: Oil and butter keep popping up. I feel guilty.

Okay, let the games begin.

Summer has brought me to a super lazy state. I used to love going out, hanging with friends, eating all kinds of delicious foods. Now I kind of just sit on the computer, watch Filipino dramas, and wait for an important email from school about immunizations or registration.

In between going to Mass and bedtime, I have all this free time. Free time doing what exactly? Absolutely nothing with my body. My boyfriend was getting worried about my health and we talked about it. So now I'm here.


Current Weight:
Height 5'3.5''= pretty much 5'4'', but I enjoyed being 5'3''
Weight= 136 (according to the digital home scale)


Yesterday, I started my first WHOLE set of Insanity. Sometimes I would start the "Fit Test" of Insanity, and stop at 15 minutes, exhausted. But this time, I decided to tough out the cardio plyo. Yes, there were many breaks, but I did not give up this time. 

YESTERDAY
Lunch:

Salad
2 cups lettuce
1/2 avocado
2 tbsp light ranch
a dash of cheddar cheese shredded
4 croutons

Rice
1 cup Lentil Basmati Rice from Fadis

Drink
Water

Dinner:
1/2 cup brown rice
1/4 cup fried tilapia
1 fresh tomato, sliced
1 tbsp of light ranch


Today is a new day, and I already had breakfast.

2 Eggs, Scrambled
1 slice of sweet slice ham (Boar's Head)
1 Wheat bread bun
2 8 oz cups of orange juice.
